Akars own technical team is capable of designing state-of-the-art autoclaves for our customers with thehighest safety and quality standards. Our design ofce is equipped with advanced software tools to executethe designing stage. We approach every single project as a unique and custom-made autoclave project,
and accommodate all special requests coming from our customers. We can build autoclaves up to
5 meters in diameter and maximum length of 25 meters.

Our autoclaves are manufactured in our factories with limited reliance on outside suppliers. Our well-
equipped, exible manufacturing system allows us to build high-safety and quality autoclaves meet ing tightdelivery schedules. The manufacturing process is carried out by experienced workforce and technical staff
having controls and checks at every step of the manufacturing.
High quality materials and tools are used in building our autoclaves. The critical parts of our autoclaves,particularly the heavily welded bayonet door system, are processed in our in-house Thermal Stress RelievingFurnace. The steel structure parts are sand blasted allowing our autoclaves a longer life time.

The design calculations of the autoclaves are made using advanced software tools.
Our autoclaves are manufactured in compliance with Pressure Equipment
Directive 97/23/EC (PED), ASME, GOST-R standards as well as any other specic country
requirements.
We work with internationally well-known certicate agencies such as Bureau Veritas, TUV,
Hartford Steam Boilers, providing the following standards:
