The workshops fabricate water treatment packages as per know-how and basic engineering licensors.

The detailed engineering is prepared in our company. The clarifiers, sand filters, tie-in piping are completely fabricated and assembled on skids and tested in our workshops.

The workshops receive the basic engineering and prepare detailed engineering. Equipment and Projects::

1- design and fabrication of pressure vessel of 5m diameter and 22m ton to ton length of 22mm wall thickness. Empty weight of 65 tons. The vessel was erected in “LAB”complex in Baiji for client Arab Company for Detergent Chemicals “ARADET”

2- Design and fabrication of 3 pressure vessels for “ARADET”.

3- Fabrication of API storage tanks of different sizes, 3 tanks of fixed roof of 20,000 m3 , 12 tanks of 10,000 m3 of floating roof, and 3 tanks of fixed roof of 5,000 m3 . The client was State Company for Oil Projects “SCOP”. The tanks was erected in Oil Product Depot in all Iraq Governoratesand are in operation.

4- Detailed fabrication drawings and fabrication of 14 numbers of API tanks of all sizes for Samara power station as follows: one tank of 15,000o m3, two tank of 4,000 m3

fixed roof, one tank of 700 m3 of fixed roof, two tanks of 500 m3 fixed roof, three tanks of 1003 m fixed roof and one tank of 55 m3. The tanks erected at Samara PowerStation for Ministry of Electricity.

5- Design and fabrication of water treatment plant for Ministry of Municipality in Al-Zewiya, the plant had 6 numbers of vertical sand filters of 1-2 m diameter and 2 m tan to tan height, chemical Dosing System with all tie-in piping and pumps for the plant. The project was constructed and worked in Al-Zewiya.

7- Detailed Fabrication Drawings for Al-Tathasteel bridge. 8 spans of 42 m each span of total steel weight 800 tons. The client is state company for roads and bridges. The complete span of 42 m will be assembled and tested in our workshops before dismantling and shipping to job site for final in site assembly.

8- Design and fabrication of 4 numbers Air Finned Coolers of 12 m length for Al-Basrah power station.

9- Re-tubing of 4 heat exchangers bundles for “ARADET” in Baiji.

10- Fabrication of various plants for tanks of south Baghdad station.

11- Design and fabrication of 14 numbers of API-650 tanks of 2000 m3, 3000 m3, 4000 m3, and 5000m3 of fixed roof and floating roof type for Erbil Refinery Project of total weight of 1950 metric tones.

12- Design and fabrication of 6 numbers of API-650 storage tanks of 4000 m3 and 2000 m3 of fixed roof and floating roof type for Sulymania Refinery Project of total weight of 750 metric tones.
