Throughout his career, Dr. Talhouni has significantly contributed to the field of law starting as a professor of law at the Jordan University (JU) and as a practicing lawyer for over twenty-three years. Dr. Talhouni served as the Companies Controller at the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the mandate to ensure the enforcement of Jordan’s Companies Law No. 22 of 1997. Dr. Talhouni currently serves as a Senator in the Upper House of the Jordanian Parliament. Mr. Abdel-Moneum Al-Odat, on the other hand, currently serves as a Representative in the Lower House of the Jordanian Parliament, where he previously served as Chair of the Legal Committee of the XVII House of Representative for two consecutive terms.
