CONTRACTOR SHALL TACK-WELD END OF THE BEAM TO PAVING FORMS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY
SET ON BAR SUPPORTS AND THE CONCRETE POURED. IF SLIP FORM PAVER IS USED DO NOT TACK WELD "H"
BEAM TO PAVING FORMS AS MENTIONED ABOVE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ANCHOR "H" BEAM IN A SECURE AND
APPROVED MANNER OVER THE SLEEPER SLAB VOID TO THE CORRECT ALIGNMENT AND GRADE. CONCRETE
