Original scores for organ by 20th Century French composer, Jehan Alain. Alain's works have a shimmering modern quality that gave the pipe organ a unique new voice in the first half of the century. Tragically, Alain's life was cut short when he was killed in the service of the French army defending against the Nazi invasion in 1940.
