Alanda Points Club has been introduced to
enhance the flexibility of your Alanda Club
ownership. With points you can tailor your
holidays to suit your lifestyle by selecting a
holiday when and where you want in the size
of apartment that suits your needs. You can
take short breaks, late breaks, save or
borrow points and exchange them for
accommodation around the world with
Interval International.
Alanda Points Club
How itworks?Each week is given a points valueaccording to the season and apartmentsize. So, for the same week at AlandaClub Marbella a one bedroomapartment that sleeps four will requirefewer points than a two bedroomsleeping six.
You join the Club by depositing one ormore weeks into the system. In returnyou will be allocated points equivalentto their value. You have that number ofpoints to spend each year againstholiday accommodation.

1Make a reservation to Alanda ClubYou may make a reservation at the Club up to the amount of points that you have available to spend. You may reserve asmany weeks or nights subject to their availability.
2Reserve with Interval InternationalYou can make reservations using your points at any of the Interval International exchange locations. Each resort has pointsvalues according to location, unit size and season and these can be found in the Interval International brochure and theExternal Exchange Trading Values chart that is with your Alanda points Club chart.Simply call the Interval reservation centre and make your request, you may reserve any size of apartment, week or seasonas many as your points allow*. The reservation will be made subject to verification from Alanda Club. Once verified thereservation will be confirmed in writing to you. Please note that an exchange fee is payable for each week reserved.
3Save or BorrowIf you do not have enough points to use in any year you can borrow from the next to make up the difference, similarly youmay save points from the current year and spend them for a longer stay next year or reserve another apartment for friendsor family.
Once you have deposited your week in to the points system you have three ways that you may make a reservation.
* Booking of more than 2 weeks will be subject to a supplementary charge / service fee. This is also applicable to exchange weeks via Interval International.

Save pointsIf you do not want to useyour points or any part ofthem in any year you maysave them for use in the nextyear.
Take late breaksAccommodation available at30 days notice or less maybe reserved at 50% of hisvalue. These weeks are forresort use only and cannotbe exchanged.
Rent additionalpoints
Subject to availability you mayrent points in any year to makeup your points total either forexchange or at Alanda Club.The price for renting points isshown on the transactioncharges supplement.
Borrow pointsIf you have insufficient pointsfor a reservation you mayborrow points from thecoming year. Fees must bepaid on the deposited weeksthat you are borrowingagainst.
Short breaksExtended stays
You may add single nights toa 7 night reservation or takea short break at Alanda for aminimum three day stay.
