HOW TO GET SOMEONE TO STOP DRINKING?

• you can offer a treatment center; show them that help is available;• explain clearly what will happen if the drinking doesn’t stop;• stop making excuses for your alcoholic friend’s behavior;• let the alcoholic know that people do care; • evaluating the costs of drinking and benefits of not drinking;
