• Centre all pipes and evenly space out objects.

• Avoid Ladder Logic & Heavy Computation in SCADA.

• Include function or separate screens to separate historical alarms and active alarms.

• Utilize one master clock and synchronize in SCADA & PLC.

• Include all analog and digital instrument readings in the historical trends.

• Include the system status on SCADA such as – PLC Status (Stop, Run or Fault).– Communication Status & Heartbeat Between other PLCs
