China overdoes cloud seeding to end drought...and blankets Beijing in snow
By Mail Foreign ServiceUPDATED:14:11 EST, 2 November 2009
Chinese weather scientists were embarrassingly caught out by a sudden cold snap yesterday.
They had decided to 'seed' clouds with chemicals to produce rain and ease a drought in Beijing.
The operation went exactly as they had hoped - except that temperatures dropped sharply and the precipitation fas snow.
t kept going for half the day, blanketing the capital's streets and hitting air and road travel. It wasthe earliest snon Beijing for ten years.

Playtime: Children make the most of the snow
Chinese meteorologists have for years been honing the technique of making rain by injecting special chemicals clouds.
Although the technique often gets results, a drought in the north of the country has continued for over a decade.
Besides the snow, which the Beijing Evening News said was the earliest to hit the capital in 10 years, the coldweather and strong winds also delayed air travel from Beijing's Capital Airport.

At least they admit to cloud seeding there! In the western world the population are blamed for all the 'freak' weather and then taxedmore!

had never heard of chem-trails until today. Five minutes research was enough to show that those who put up and post on these weites are mentally ill.

Philip Jones, Frangy, France... It can also create a lot of Disasters. Do research into Cloud Seeding in Devon, UK (experiments werone back 50 some years ago) it destroyed half of the towns houses. killed far too many people. And was denied all the way to theank. Dont knock it...but don't trust the use of it either!

Cloud seeding has been on the increase even in the US since 2005. Thailand has been doing it for 50 years. They have gotten veryood at it which is just as well since drought was a serious problem and a lot of people would have died. Thailand is now the largestxporter of rice in the world, thanks, in no small way, to their efforts in this field. The chemicals vary but mostly dry ice (carbon dioxind silver iodide. Silver iodide is also found in table salt. Dont knock cloud seeding.....Its already helped to avert a lot of disasters.

DP the Idiot in Southhampton. The evidence is SO abundant for "chemical" aerosols that truly only a dolt could ignore it. It must beery comforting for the deniers to be in total agreement with their respective governments and militaries. Hope in London. Go to hel

How entertaining! The Chinese have sown the seeds of something but it seems to have created more of a storm! Poor Hope in Londets a dogs abuse for asking people to be civil whilst the others argue the toss over whether we're all going to die a horrible chemicaeath or drown due to natural rainfall. Cheer up boys and girls! It might be sunny tomorrow (or rainy if that's what you want.)
