CROWDED WITH MERCHANDISE

Stores are usually a family

business or self owned

enterprise

HYGIENE IS IMPORTANT FACTOR TRADITIONALLY IN EVERY STORE,

ESPECIALLY THOSE RELATED TO FOOD

Stores are usually specialized in a

certain kind of goods.

In Iraq customers are in a

mission customers.

Regular customers get special

treatment, that’s why customers

tend to visit a certain store

frequently

Iraqi’s tend to shop in groups of

friends and or family groups.

Each store have it’s own way of displaying products and goods, Goods are arranged by nature i.e. cans, bagged materials, cartooned materials, etc. There’s no free sample policy in

Iraq, there’s only buy and try policy.

Shopping is on maximum in some season, but each

season have their own merchandise, Before school

season clothes, bags, shoes and stationaries are on top.

Before Ramadan dry food, meat, dates and diary are the

top. Before Eid clothes, shoes and toys are on top of the

list and go on.
