ALICE PROJECT REPORT N°3 – APRIL. 2016Attn : SHINING HOPE FUNDATION

This first five months of 2016 have been more the continuation of the projects begun last year.

The teams are working hard to manage the daily life of the schools and to hold all the projects that have been implemented so far.

You will find below a summary the projects completed and the ones going on for the next trimester.

One important point: we have met SHAMSUL from KARUNA SECHEN and will begin to establish a partnership on the basis :

We agreed that we could share our expertise so that they could benefit from our pedagogy in their schools and centers (by trainings)And we could benefit:- from their training in terms of kitchen gardening (some of their staff could come and explain how to cultivate veg)- from their medical care from the clinic for our residents when they need (even Sunday)- from their dentist who could come and check our residents in Bodhagaya on Saturdays only (we would have to see for Sarnath residents)

Some great news for Alice Project in France: A « première », two trainings sessions with Valentino have been set up for french people for october 2016 and february 2017. Hopefully, the guest house will be completed by this time and we will welcoming them in the school ! This will be the launch of

the Training Centre ! (flyer attached)

We are completing the WISE RABBIT french book with new drawings ( 80) and photos. We are planning to publish it at the end of this year the latest.

Also, Valentino wrote many « spiritual » poems translated in French that we are going to publish in 2017 with beautiful drawings and photos.In May 2016, Alice Project France is invited to a 2h radio show fully dedicated to Alice Project.

SARNATH SCHOOL

1- High school extension : The budget originally planned for the offices rebulding (85 350€ originaly planned for 2016) have been allocated to the extension of the new High school : the construction of the 6 classrooms and ætoilets is still going on but is almost finished (painting, furniture and posters have been bought)

2-AV and Electronic materials & Printing

3- Teachers bonus and pension funds

To be completed : Guest house bulding : We will begin soon the building of some guests rooms where the previous offices burned and will create some offices in the existing classrooms in the main courtyard. This has to be ready for october trainings ;

The Pizzeria project is welcoming some groups ! ! The flyer is now completed and has been distributed in newspapers and some travel agencies of Sarnath and Varanasi. It is already very warm in Sarnath (42deg°) so we wont be able to use the hoven soon.

BODHGAYA SCHOOL

1-New Junior Bodhagaya High School (3 floors bulding and a veranda) The 1st floor of the New Junior High School is now completed ! So the next step is be the 2nd floor and the pipes system.Construction of 12 class rooms
