HOW TO GROCERY SHOP FOR HIGH ALKALINE FOODS WHEN ON A BUDGET
I used to struggle creating a produce grocery list of fruits and
vegetables that were mostly alkaline, or those above level 7
according to the pH scale.
But, once I studied their chemical structure, I realized that
much of the produce were NOT alkaline at all.
I created different health food lists suggesting only true
alkaline substances, which cleanse the intestine by eliminating
acidic toxins throughout the body.
The following methods are designed for easier grocery
shopping experiences to maintain a high alkaline food diet.
High Alkaline Fruits And Vegetables
I grew knowledgeable about my healthy diet; after I learned
of the fruits and veggies that are ‘mostly’ the highest in alkalinity.
The healthiest produce will contain seeds; however, there
are very few hybridized trees unto which bear seed amongst
fruit.

The banana for
example, is very
misunderstood. Though
usually categorized as being
entirely hybrid, this is untrue.
The cavendish species is the
large kind so common
among grocers. Whereas the only alkaline and organic banana
species is the baby/thai, or ‘burro’ (short, fat, stubby) banana,
respectively.
To name of few, the foods highest in alkalinity are:
• Walnuts
• Quinoa
• Seville oranges
• Arugula
• Burro/Thai Bananas
They can also sustain even higher pH levels by combining them
with herbs of the like.
It was from eating non-acidic meals exclusively how I was
able to successfully defeat many illnesses.

The first step toward creating your own alkaline fruit and
veggie list began with alkaline-identification. Alkaline
identification is the mere concept of distinguishing foods that are
higher on the pH scale, as opposed to others that do not.
Remembering that our bodies are relatively sensitive to the
foods we eat is crucial. Regardless of what we may already be
aware of in terms of health, the pH chart should always remain
our go-to reference in selecting food.
Because eating a single acidic item, whether in small or
large quantity, can adversely affect the alkalinity of flora
(bacteria) inside of our gut. So, if you’re going to create your own
customized health food shopping list, I suggest first always
referring to the intended pH level chart for near error-proof
efficiency.

How To Shop For Real vs Phony Fruit
There is a highly accurate method that I frequently employ to
distinguish real fruit from the toxic, man-made acidic kind. It is a
very simple method; one for which literally anyone is able to do.
Let us first understand that most ‘fruit’ and ‘health food’ that
is in-stock at our community chain-stores, is actually fake. Many
so-called fruits are imposters. These phony fruits can easily fool
the untrained eye and the unknowing mind.
Pay close-attention to the obvious signs and characteristics
of real health food the next time before purchasing.

How To Shop For Real vs Hybrid Vegetables
There are certain physical features that relatively most
hybrid vegetables share; that is their foul odor, derived from their
gaseous, incomplete chemical structure.
Another common visual similarity among them is their
‘sprouting’ tendency. These include brussel-sprouts, carrots and
broccoli for example; all seedless, sprouting organisms that DO
NOT evolve in sunlight.
Whenever creating an alkaline vegetable grocery list,
remember the golden rule…
