This is how your trip will unfold…. Day One: Seattle to Denver Your holiday begins as we transfer you to the Sea Tac Airport for your flight to Denver Colorado. Upon arrival, check into your hotel for the night. You will have time for shopping, browsing and dining this evening. Meals: On own Day Two: Denver to Grand Junction This morning, you’ll will be transferred to the Amtrak station. All aboard the California Zephyr for your daylight ride to
Grand Junction, Colorado. Enjoy spending time in the very large glass dome area viewing the panoramic scenery of the magnificent countryside. Seeing the
Canyonlands Adventure by Rail
Day Five – Optional Day-Moab- Canyonland National Park Brunch is included this morning at the lodge. Today you may relax in the morning or enjoy a full day of exciting activities in the “Adventure Capitol of Utah!” As an option, you may choose to experience the world famous Slickrock that brings thousands of 4WD enthusiasts from around the world to Moab as you take a 2-hour Hummer tour on the Hell’s Revenge Trail. Or, you may choose horseback riding. Later everyone heads into Moab where lunch is
included before you depart on an afternoon Jet Boat Tour of Canyonlands National Park on the Colorado River. The red rock walls reach 2,000 feet above you as you wind through the canyons. Later, return to Red Cliffs Lodge, for an evening on your own. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day Six: Moab to Bryce Enjoy breakfast before you check-out and depart for a full day. Leave Moab and drive through the town of Green River, skirt the San Rafael Swell, and motor by Capitol Reef National Park where you enjoy a picnic lunch before sightseeing ancient petroglyphs, beautiful rock formations, deep canyons and pioneer history. Enjoy a drive on one of America’s most spectacular
upstream from Red Cliffs and launch the rafts onto the Colorado River at Hittle Bottom backed by an astounding view of magnificent Fisher Towers. After a
wonderful float, you'll see Red Cliffs Lodge just around the bend signaling an end to the excursion. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the amenities and activities available at Red Cliffs Lodge. An optional trip to Moab will be arranged. To-night enjoy an included dinner at the resort near the banks of the Colorado River. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Day Four – Dead Horse Point State Park- Arches National Park Breakfast is included this morning before you meet your guide and travel to Dead Horse Point State Park for one of the most
spectacular scenes in the southwest. You will see the expanse of Canyonlands National Park stretching to the south and the mighty Colorado River 2,000 feet
below. A picnic lunch is included. This afternoon, you visit Arches National Park for sightseeing and short hiking. Visit the park highlights including Park Avenue, Balance Rock, The Windows and Delicate Arch. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

roads. Scenic Highway 12 has been designated as an “All American Road,” the crown jewel of the Scenic Byways system. First, drive over Boulder Mountain reaching elevations over 9,000 feet with spectacular views of the Water Pocket Fold and beyond. Travel through Grand Staircase – Escalante National Monument, with vast
expanses of cream and rose colored Navajo sandstone. There are dramatic cliffs, high mesas, beautiful streams and deep canyons in multihued colors across the 1.9 million acre monument. In the late afternoon, arrive Bryce Canyon National Park for sightseeing
and optional hiking. Your local guide will join the tour and give a narration of this beautiful National Park. The Paiute Indians used a word to describe Bryce Canyon that translates into, "red rocks standing like men
in a bowl-shaped canyon." After an after-noon of exploration, check into the hotel located just outside the park and join the group for dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Day Seven- Bryce Canyon-Zion National Park Enjoy breakfast before departing to Bryce Canyon to catch the sun coming up over this magnificent canyon. Later in the morning
you will take a one and half hour ride over to Zion National Park for the remainder of the day. Your guide will be with you in Zion to tell you about the natural wonders of the park. Zion was designated in 1919, making it Utah’s oldest National Park. It is known for its incredible canyons and spectacular views. Later this afternoon you will return to Bryce Canyon and another stop at Bryce to see the sunset over the canyon. Return to the hotel and enjoy a cowboy cook out. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Day Eight: Salt Lake City- Seattle Enjoy breakfast before checking out and driving to Salt Lake City for a city tour be-fore going to the airport for our return flight back to Seattle.
