INSTRUCTIONS
Use this Word document to keep track of all your blog post ideas in an organized manner so that it’s easy to find them when you need to publish a post in a hurry!
If you blog about a lot of categories, copy this template and rename for each sub-topic you blog about. For example, if you have a travel blog and your sub-topics are ‘Destinations’ ‘Travel Tips’ and ‘Reviews, then you would need 3 of these word document templates (one for each sub-topic)
Within each document, draft your blog posts for each category. For example, categories for ‘Reviews’ might be ‘Hotels’ and ‘Transport’
Keep each blog post draft on a separate page (it will make everything much neater and easy to find)
Press CTRL and F to bring up the navigation menu (which will appear on the left side of your screen), then click the headings to get to the blog post draft you want to go in the document, or just type keywords straight into the ‘search document’ section of the navigation menu
Use a color code system either with a different colored font or the highlighter tool for each step in your blogging workflow (such as the one below which you can use or modify to suit your liking)
This template can be modified, added to and used in any way that you want for your personal use/your blog use only (you may not share, resell or giveaway this template in original or modified format)
