KNOWLEDGE:Just like our other programs we offer, knowledge is key with the All Access Club program. You want to make sure you and your staff are up to date on how the club works, as well as the latest promotion we’re offering. Just like the machines in your store, if you or your staff cannot properly explain a program, then your customers will not purchase it. We see it time and time again where one store is not able to properly explain a program so the customer leaves and goes to another store that can. JOIN THE ALL ACCESS CLUB AND RECEIVE A WELCOME KIT INCLUDING:SEW, LETS GET STARTEDThe Welcome Kit has been re-imagined this year in a big way. Instead of including thousands of designs that no one used we have created an exclusive collection called “Sew, Lets Get Started!”
This starter kit contains 18 different quilt base blocks and a set of sashing blocks so you can create your own quilts with any design that you may already own. There are also over 10 Mix & Match quilting design sets and over 300 embroidery designs, perfectly sized for the quilt blocks, or they can be stitched on clothing and
other projects. You will love these designs and use them for years to come! The book is exclusive to All Access members and is a great sales tool to use to close clubs!
ALSO IN THE WELCOME KITThere are 2 other items in the Welcome Kit. the first is a custom binder with insert pages that can be used to hold all of their CD’s. The second Item is our FundamentalCurriculum/Catalog.
ALL ACCESS LITESince all of our other club programs have been discontinued we wanted to have a lower priced version of All Access but it’s not as appealing as the full program. Each issue is exactly the same as with a full membership, except the customer will receive only 6 issues.
The lite version is only 6-months longRetail Cost - $800.00Free Gifts with Purchase - $500.00No Starter Kit is supplied with the Lite Membership
If you do the math the Lite Version costs a consumer $600 more a year if you include free gifts. The reason we came out with this program is so that if you are bundling a club with a machine sale, you have a lower prices alternative to the standard version.
HOW ABOUT RENEWALS?The problem we ran into was, what do you give as a free gift to customers that have everything? The first thing we did was lower the price to $100.00 a month, $1,200 for the year.
The free gift options will change periodically, but for now we are gifting them the Anita’s Express Box set. The box set contains 18 Express releases and has a value of $540.00. The Express packets were never sold at retail, so no current All Access members have ever received them as part of their membership.
GET $1400 TOWARDS FREE GIFTS!We wanted to make the gift choosing process easier for anyone that wants to sign up for the All Access Club. Instead of a pre-determined set of choices, anyone signing up can chose any of our products as a free gift! They can choose any combination of products based on the MSRP of the item up to $1400! Choose any combination of Fulls, Minis, Special Editions, Premiums, Premium Plus collections, All Access Back Issues, and from the Bundles below.
NEW BUNDLE OPTIONS!We have four new bundle options that can be included as one or more of their free gift options. This makes choosing their free gifts easier. The values range from $540.00 to $1200.00. Simply write their free gift option on the form.
WHEN DO CUSTOMERSGET THEIR GIFTS?We will ship all of the free gifts in a box along with their Welcome Kit when we receive the sign-up form. The free gifts need to be clearly written down on the form. The customer will receive all of their gifts within days. We do not recommend giving items away from your store inventory because it can get confusing. If you do, simply write down what you gave them on the order form and you can replace your inventory with what you are shipped. There are no credits given for free gifts in your store off of an invoice.
SELL ONE, GET ONE!Our Rewards Program offers incentive for sales people at each dealer location to sell clubs. This is at no cost to our dealers! For every club membership that a salesperson sells they will get 1 month of All Access Club! It’s that easy!
There are no forms and nothing to keep track of. Simply write the salespersons name on the All Access form in the spot marked “salesperson”. Once the new club member is verified and the membership paid for, the salesperson will be entered into the database for 1 month free. If they sell 3, they will receive 3 months, etc...
It is the easiest way to reward your employees, there is nothing to keep track of. There can only be one employee awarded the free month per member signed up. All Access clubs sold at Embroidery Parties or other special promotions are not included in the Sell 1, Get 1 promotion.
The Rewards Program All Access designs and tutorial books are for personal use, not for retail sale. This includes reselling the designs Online or transferring designs to another owner. There are no trade outs with All Access. Rules may be subject to change.
