For Anyone needing info on reloading Remington Golden Sabers, here you go. Powder used was 6.6 of Vihtavuori N340. 6.6works best for me in my 1911s any higher caused loss of accuracy and any lower gave the same results. surprisingly accurate

for a HP, almost match grade accuracy. The Bullets used were the Bonded version of golden sabers *BJHP* as they are rumoredto do the best for the job they are intended for. Recommended Starting Grains 6.2 Max 6.8

This is a low-recoil, low velocity round. It averaged 705 to 710 fps. I have fired 100s of rounds on the indoor Combat range atSt. Joseph (Missouri) Total Range using both Rainiers jacketed flatnose and hollowpoint 200-grain bullet. 3.5grains resulted in100% function in my Glock 30, but the empties seemed to fall between me and the pistol. With 3.6 grains, ejection wasadequately forceful. As for the primers, the only large pistol primers at my dealers were the Winchester Magnum Large Pistolprimers and that is what I worked the load up with. I have found that I need to keep the firing pin clean as well as the slidewhere the firing pin rides and where it penetrates to the primer. Negelect here caused misfires due to striking residue andsoftening the blow to the primer.
