The vastness of spaces which allow for the multitudes of activities happening. This can allow for the adaptation of the building to capture the views, bringing in certain settings of the park into the building.

This plate introduces the site such as the communities and activities through a film that focuses on the foreground, middle ground and the background- which is the city to show who, what and why people use the spaces.

This plate explores the use of spaces when making a story/film which also shows how people use the spaces such as shooting studios, editing spaces, exhibition spaces and performance spaces that promotes creativity towards the surrounding community.

This space is designed to store luggages of passengers of cruises to cope with increasing growth of passengers each year

Varable ‘umbrella structure’ unfolds only when necessary as an addition 350m2 outside of the building
