Monday March 10th is Commonwealth day…

Scotland is celebrating by taking part in a giant Sport Your Trainers 2014 day and the Sport and Health Council have signed Bellahouston up!We are looking for everyone in school, staff and pupils, to wear YOUR trainers to school on Monday to show support for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games.

Journalism

Any pupil in S5 and S6 who would be interested in a three-day Journalism course at Glasgow’s Mitchell Library should contact Mr Brogan for details. A sneaky peek at what you may be involved in: •  learn key reporting skills from established media and journalism professionals •  gain the opportunity to participate in news reporting of the Commonwealth games.
