In exchange for your purchase of this Plan, we agree to provide cleaning, protection, and repair service through one of our authorized service technicians for the following single-incident, accidental occurences:

• Odors • Surface Scratches • Stains/Damage caused by mold or mildew• Stains caused by inks, dyes, paints, lacquers, wax, or solvents • Damage caused by animal beaks, teeth, claws, or talons• Maintenance issues such as tightening screws, oiling hinges and glides, and regular cleaning• Natural leather markings such as, but not limited to, scars, insect bites, brand marks, and wrinkles• Discoloring caused by everyday use, wearing, or cleaning methods other than those recommended by the manu- facturer• “X” Cleaning Code fabrics and Non-Colorfast fabrics and leathers• Stains/Damage caused by normal soiling from everyday use or a soil buildup over time, including body, hair or suntain oils (signs of this type of damage include, but are not limited to, darkening or lightening of areas where head, arms, and legs come in contact with furniture)• Damage caused by wear such as, but not limited to, fading, seam separation (with the exception of dining and bedroom sets), stress tears (with the exception of dining and bedroom sets), or loss of foam resiliency on all types of furniture, pilling or fraying of fabric, color loss, or cracking and peeling of leather, vinyl, or wood �nishes, stitching• Stains/Damage caused by independent contractors not previously authorized by AllAway.• Stains or damage occuring while furniture is being moved, within a residence or from one residence to another• Stains/Damage incurred before the furniture is placed in its residence, including, but not limited to, damages incurred in the store, during delivery or by packaging materials• Furniture used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes

• Any loss covered under any homewoners or other insurance policy you maintain

• Furniture showing signs of infestation, including but not limited to insects, rodents, termites, and cockroaches• Damage caused by structural problems or appliance malfunctions, such as, but not limited to, leaks from air con- ditioners, skylights, roofs, water heaters, or water pipes• Furniture that has been mishandled, neglected, or abused, including abuse such as stain build-up on the furniture without a reasonable attempt to clean

Remedies: Service under this Plan will be performed as follows:

1. Should AllAway determine, in its sole discretion, that all Warranty Conditions listed under “Warranty Conditions”have been met on furniture that requires stain removal or repair, we will attempt to help you resolve the problem

Under this Plan, we are only responsible for replacing the stained or damaged piece only, not any furniture which matches, was bought with, or is part of a collection together with the replaced piece. 8. Purchaser is responsible for any delivery fees on the original purchase, as well as any costs of labor, transporta-tion, insurance, installation, removal, and an other such costs relating to the replacement of the damaged piece of furniture.

How to File a ClaimIf a stain or damage occurs within the Warrranty Period that meets the conditions of this Warranty, you must con-tact us and create a warranty claim within 30 days of the incident. However, for best results, we recommend youcontact us as soon a�er the incident as possible. A copy of the original invoice and pictures of the damaged furniture (as necessary) will be required for all warranty claims.Call: 1-888-295-6457
