NOW AVAILABLE @mycountyparks.com Registration information and form(s) for WINTERFEST 2014 are now available via the WINTERFEST link on MyCountyParks.com. This includes registration forms for both CCB employees and our collegiate guests. Please feel free to forward this information to other employees or college students that may have an interest in joining us January 21-23, 2014 in Waterloo! This will be the first time ever that YOU will be able to post and manage your own listings – through the JOBS module of the new IACCB Portal! We anticipate the roll-out of an updated “new build” of the Portal today (12/6) – tweaking all of those issues we were working through at the Summit Series. This should get all the dominoes lined up to move forward with the four features of our Portal / IACCB Cloud technologies. I will be posting the training manuals for each of the modules soon, and alert you all with an email when available. 2. “CONTACTS” MODULE - DATA UPLOADING – Personnel Directory The “new build” addressed above should also put the CONTACTS module into full operation - as that is where the focus has been for most of the administrative code tweaking for the past two weeks. Once we are 100% tested and operational, IACCB has contracted for some data uploading assistance to get our 1,000+ profiles (for all board members & employees) at least loaded into the CONTACTS module. Our upload will be data from the most current IACCB Personnel Directory - which was essentially current as of Sept. 2012. I have made numerous updates to that database as you have shared changes with me, but the bulk of the data will have a Sept. 2012 accuracy date. I anticipate that all this data will be uploaded by mid-to-late January, at which time I will ask that you all head to the CONTACTS section of the portal and update your county’s information. There will be a deadline to accomplish this, at which time I will be harvesting all of your accurate email information for our updated email system. Look for additional Portal emails soon……….
