Jennifer Hannigan, CPA, is the co-founder and managing partner of Alliance Resource Group. With more than sixteen years professional experience and a highly successful career at a Big Four public accounting firm, Jennifer’s diverse recruitment and financial background has contributed to Alliance’s undisputed reputation in the marketplace. She is an alumnae of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she graduated summa cum laude in accounting. Jennifer is also a sought-after speaker and subject matter expert in employment-related topics and staffing trends.

Jennifer is highly active in the community and is a founding member and board leader for the Deloitte Orange County Alumni Council. She also sits on the corporate advisory council for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Additionally, Jennifer is an active board member for Laura’s House, a non-profit providing support for women and children experiencing domestic violence.

Married with five children, Jennifer’s hobbies are spending time with family, traveling and gourmet cooking.
