WELDING CAPABILITIESAllsteel Products Pty Ltd has the ability to perform welding to thefollowing Standards.• AS 1554.1.2004 Structural Steel Welding Category SP.• AS 1554.6.1994 Stainless Steel.• AS 4458.1997 Pipe Fabrication.• AS 1665.2006 Welding of Aluminium Structures.• AS 1692.2006 Steel tank and flammable liquid vessels.

Experienced in fabrication using the following Metals.• Mild Steel – all grades including:

1. Eraring Power Station BoilerUpgradeProviding fabricated plate sections,laser cut and folded components andmachined fittings for a four boilerupgrade spanning a twenty four monthproject. The works also included anumber of access walkways and safetyladders.

2. Eraring Pump Station.The complete Steel Package whichincluded the design, modelling anddrafting, fabrication and installation of amulti-level pump station, covering allstructural steel and metalwork.

3. Mount Arthur Mine.Supply of all cast-in elements andmetalwork for the construction of theproject.

4. Water Purification Containers.Supply of high tolerance metalworkitems within container chassis framesfor hanging pipe supports andmachinery attachment to seventy twoMobile Water Purification Units for theDepartment of Defence.

5. Pipe Fabrication.High Pressure and Low Pressure pipework for both liquid and gas lines forthe process and mining industries in theHunter Valley and other areas in NSWand Queensland. Fabrication of a GasFlare Pipe Train for a leading EnergyCompany required a high degree ofaccuracy and tolerance.

Insurances

Allsteel Products Pty Ltd is covered by Liability to the Public

Insurance to a value of $10 million, and a Policy to cover the full

amount of our liability under the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

Certificates of Currency are available for inspection if required.

OHS&R

Allsteel Products Pty Ltd Occupational Health, Safety and

Rehabilitation Policy is based on a belief that the well-being of

persons employed at work, or persons affected by our work, is a

major priority and must be considered during all work performed

by our company or on our behalf.

A Safety Management Plan is implemented for every project

which also includes an approved Safe Work Method Statement.

As with our OHS&R policy, Allsteel Products Pty Ltd believe that

the well-being of our environment and people working and living

in that environment is a major priority within our company.

Consequently, the effect on air, water and land conditions,

together with waste minimisation, is considered to be of the

utmost importance during all work performed by us or on our
