HISTORY
Almond Tree Delayed MSBU
• Subdivision platted with 72 parcels -
February 29, 1988
• Pond tracts dedicated to Orange County by Plat
• County maintained MSBU established May 1988
for 3 pond tracts (A, B, and C)
• A Delayed MSBU established at HOA request
in December 31, 1990
• No assessments collected by Orange
County for maintenance since 1990

record of ever being executed

Rehabilitation costs to bring ponds to County standards shared 50/ 50 percent with parcel owners
Approval for 3 year assessment of $17,500 to the 72 parcel owners to bring ponds up to standard
Approval to assess annual MSBU at established maintenance rates
Issue Use Agreement and Right-of-Way Utilization permit to HOA at no cost for additional aesthetic maintenance cycles beyond what the County
provides
