COASTAL EVENTS CIC is a newly formed Community Interest Company
aiming to create new Events and Projects along our coast to the benefit of Sutton-on-Sea, Trusthorpe & Mablethorpe. To this end it also seeks to support & work closely with established community organisations & businesses.

THE BACCHUS HOTEL BEER FESTIVAL With lots of real ale to choose from & some special delicious ciders this twice yearly event is a great local festival draws in the crowds from the whole county & beyond.
This year along with the round the clock entertainment there are market stalls (book via 01507 443 327) & among the bands look out for the Sunday gig with SUPERHEROES a female fronted high energy group playing from The Who, Blondie, The Beatles, & Black Keys. Then the Bank Holiday Monday sees a prize of £50 for whoever rides the RODEO BULL for the longest time: As with the Ice Rink the other winter here’s great fun for the daring ~ & for those cheering from a safe distance!
East Coast Classic 10k & 3k FUN RUN Arranged by the Mablethorpe Running Club. The 3k Fun Run starts at 9.30am & the 10k Race at 10-30am. To enter & for details e-mail [email protected]
The Marathon has been awarded the Barr Gold Standard for outstanding race management. & this is in no small part due to the terrific loyalty & dedication of our team of volunteers. The Centre has conference facilities with rooms to let at reasonable rates. On Tuesday mornings a range of advice is available from key professionals on housing, debt, benefits, business start-ups, family issues, & well-being.
On Thursday Mornings Job Centre consultations are held by appointment. .
On Friday mornings the Centre operates as the RECOLLECTIONS Dementia Café. Computers are available for use free of charge with I.T. advice given on Wednesdays.
The Centre is also the base for the Mablethorpe Area Partnership.
Our coast-line’s Talk Eat Drink project worker operates from here.
Coastal FM broadcasts from the Centre Swift low-cost printing, guillotining, shredding, booklet making are available daily.
