QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP• Influence – the capacity to have an effect on the character, development or behavior of

someone or something or the effect itself.

• Vision – unusual discernment or foresight

• Confidence – a feeling or belief that you can do something well or succeed at something

• Responsibility – the state of being the person that caused something to happen

• Service – contribution to the welfare of others
