Custom Designs

Standard Model PW-12 Powered Weigh TableCheckweigher re-engineered and re-configured as an integrated, independent, 3-lane model to accept packages from customer’s thermoforming equipment. Each lane includes a pivoting, servo-actuated reject conveyor to remove unacceptable packages from production.

As an option, Alpha Checkweighers can provide feedback signals to different equip-ment to correct weights to a desired target weight. The Touch Screen Control Panel soft-ware includes an easy to use screen to set and control feedback parameters such as:
