Benefits

Employee continues paying $5.00.

You must park in the designated Alternative State permit area only (part ofthe 5th floor and up which will be marked with signs which read CAPITOLALTERNATIVE PARKING).

You must use your parking access card to get IN and you must use yourparking access card to get OUT. (Side note: You may use the garage after

hours and on weekends too). You must display the Alternative Parking permit (both CarPark and Capitol

Security will be patrolling the 12th& Jefferson garage).

CarPark Garage Rules Access into and out of the Parking Garage is by electronic

card access. Permit Holder agrees to use the electronic card

access.

Permit holder shall pay $25.00 for the cost of replacing

lost or stolen electronic cards and $25.00 for a parking tag.

Forget permit = Citation

Forget access card = Find street parking / Your on your own

*A replacement access card takes 2-3 business days*

The following acts will be a violation and the Permit Holders vehicle will beticketed. Repeated violations will result in immediate cancellation of theirparking permit.

Parking in areas not designated for vehicle parking.

Parking vehicle outside the painted parking space, extended beyond thepainted lines of the parking space (no double parking) and/or in the drivelanes. (Clearance 72 and the spaces are 18 feel long and range from 84to 91 wide).

CarPark Garage Rules Cont Parking in an ADA handicap stall without proper handicap permits.

Unauthorized parking in a Reserved, Visitor, Delivery or other

specific use parking space. Speeding, driving recklessly or driving while intoxicated in the parking

garage.

Not observing posted speed limits and other traffic markings.

Theft of services which will be reported to local law

enforcement officials.- Repeated loss of parking permit or access card

Repeated noncompliance of posted Rules and

regulations including traffic markings.

You are responsible to park in the designated

ALTERNATIVE parking location at all times.*Clearly marked 5thfloor and up*

Permit Holder agrees to promptly report any damage to

or theft of vehicle or items to Capitol Security 334-2222

priorto removing its vehicle from the Parking Garage.

Upon Completion Of New Garage

You will receive an email with dates to exchange your yellow alternativeparking permit and access card for a valid CMP permit.

You will not need to participate during the annual CMP parking permitexchange for 2013.

Depending on the completion date of the new garage, you may not end

up participating in the annual CMP parking permit exchange for 2014either.

You will be notified via email as to when to make the exchange of theyellow parking permits and when the use of the 12th& Jefferson garagewill no longer be offered and paid for.
