The fact that the drive is located internally and the control components are fitted in columns means that they are protected in the best way possible and are not exposed to the effects of weather and vandalism.

An integrated flashing LED lamp is also been installed on the column.

Self-supporting B.ALU sliding gates are availables in the following standard heights 1.000, 1.250, 1.500, 1.800, 2.000 and 2.250 mm.

Design

• Welded aluminium frame (please refer to the table for the rail and frame)

• The gate leaf is built with frieze crossbars in the frame thickness which means that in-fills are fitted in segments

• Ground clearance, 100 mm. Gate height is stated with ground clearance as standard

• The maximum space between bars is 110 mm, security is the priority here.

• Doors with 12, 14 and 15 metres width between posts are manfactured with diagonal bars welded into the leaf segments.

• Leaves with clearances between posts in excess of 10 metres are supplied in two parts to facilitate transportation. All coupling fastening materials (screws) are included.

Feel safe and protected with our B.ALU sliding gates. Protect your property optimally with our wide range of products. The welded aluminum frame provides a particular stability. The cantilevered B.ALU sliding gates can be manufactured in standard sizes as well as custom-made. On request, a spike bar provides additional security. During a power failure , drive functionality is ensured by a standard integrated emergency battery. Manual doors are supplied with a specially developed lock for sliding gates.

Before gates are coated, all parts that require coating receive advance treatment in an absolutely environmentally-friendly manner; they are then electro-statically charged so that the coating powder is distributed evenly throughout.

The components are then baked in ovens to create extreme durability.

The B.ALU inline drive is created using first-class workmanship and exceptional design, and is characterized predominantly by its stability.The internal drive and control components are built into the gate’s column and so they are optimally protected against weather and vandalism. In addition, a built-in column LED indicator is used.

The drive when installed is invisible from the outside, and the power transmission takes place via an internal rack. The control system and accessories are also housed in the elegantly shaped drive column.

The drive and safety systems are integrated into the column completely and are available in three different versions.

With the three leaf gate construction, which slide into each other telescopically it is the ideal solution to protect properties with limited gate opening space.Naturally, we also have telescopic gates for incline application in our program.

This design and technology platform for our telescopic gates ensure stable operation and a high resistance to external influences. The in-house quality powder coat finish provide for easy-care, scratch resistance and a finish that will last for years.

Self-supporting B.ALU sliding gates combines the highest production quality with excellent design. The gates build on the specially developed aluminium profiles attractive look and their high quality workmanship. The long established tried -and-tested movement mechanism enables the B.ALU gate to “ float” almost noiselessly. The two roller systems are connected to each other which simplifies installations and provides additional stability while the gates easy to use.

The most important thing for any gate, besides design quality, is your property’s security. B.ALU gates provide optimum protection because the welded aluminium frame makes them particularly strong and sturdy. Self-supporting. Self supporting B.ALU sliding gates may be manufactured both to standard and customers dimensions. Jagged spike bars are also available to prevent people climbing over your gates.

Manual gates are supplied with locks that have been specially developed for use with sliding gates to ensure that security is also maintained here.

The drive for the automatically operated B.ALU Inline gate remains concealed from the outside while power transmission is achieved with an inside rack gear. The control and accessory components are also located in the attractively designed drive column.

The drive for the automatic B.ALU gate with external motor is installed on a specially designed console located on the side facing the yard. Here, the rack is fitted using the traditional methods so that they remain visible from the outside.
