will be announced at a

year, International

Nominees from each

area across the world

are once more judged

against each other to

discover the overall Best

International winners.

winners are presented at

an overall International

Property Awards event,

bringing together winners

spanning the entire globe.

The Americas Property Awards is part of the global International Property Awards. The top winners in the Americas

region will automatically go on to compete against winners from the rest of the world.

Awards identify the highest levels

of achievement in real estate,

development, architecture,

interior design and marketing

in both the residential and

commercial sectors, focusing on

services, sustainability, high living

standards, ergonomics, originality

and creativity.

Provide the information and materials requested in the entry/criteria pack and supply your completed

portfolio by the submission date.

Judging takes place in the month after your deadline. Results are announced at the awards

gala dinners and events.
