Driven by ambition to answer all types of foundations requirements, a modern and automated spiral pipe plant has been built with water front access in the Port Klang area.
Located at a strategic position, OSP local processing center comprises the following facilities in the same area:• Fully automated spiral welded pipe machine• Coating and sand blasting facilities• Storage area• Crane handling long full-length pipes and waterfront facilities
All these facilities provide flexibility needed offering tailor-made and cost competitive solution according to our customer’s specific requirements in foundation.
After production, every single pipe is subjected to strict and rigorous quality controls ensuring all finished goods are reaching international standards and references.
Complying with our mission statement, OSP pipe offer has been enriched by extra added value services than existing ones:• Plies shoes fabrication and splicing• Attachments and clutches welding• Sand blasting and coating• Third party inspection and quality assurance services

Combined Walls - Pipe Pile Combi-Wall
Effective weight foundation solutions to take high lateral force and or vertical bearing capacity. Soil arching effect allows effective solutions with this steel combination:• Primary pipe element to take main lateral force from soil and water. The primary element will also support vertical load as part of foundation and reduce cost.• The shorter and lighter secondary sheet piles will only need to stabilize local soil mass between primary piles and load transfer. This will reduce overall system weight.• Optimized solutions can be achieved by various combinations of pipes and sheet piles to meet specific requirement of every retaining wall.
Secondary piles with AZ sheet piling further enhance functional performance of pipe Combi-wall:• Better load displacement behaviour to control movement of wall compared to U shape sheet piling. • AZ sheet piles are flexible intermediate sheet to adjust to driving tolerance without any problem such as declutching leakage, etc.• Proven Larseen type of interlock for load transfer.• Proven from research data, AZ piles connected to pipe piles with approved connector can take high loads i.e. differential water head up15m.

Jetty facilities and Long Length PipeOSP has an excellent factory location with own our very own private jetty for barge based shipments in South East Asia. This allows easy access and logistical support for long distance shipments. In addition, OSP also has the ability to produce long-length pipe up to 120m without requiring any additional splicing at the job site. Other benefits include:• Does not require splicing for easier management. (Safety and Quality at site)• Does not require additional land transport to deliver pipes. • Cost effective- by eliminating the cost splicing. • Reduce processing timeline.
