When Stranger Visit or Pass by our booth. What you need to do is…..

Start to sell what is Global CitizenProgram to strangers, if they areinterested, give them a flyer that weprepare for everyone, you may use allthe material we have in booth to dopromote to students such as EPTestimonial & Flyers.

If they are interested in Global Citizen,proceed to Podio Assessment WebForm registration and set up theexpectation meeting on the spot.

If they still have doubts or need toreconsider, ask them to register forInfo Session in Google spreadsheet,inform them the date, time & venue ofInfo Session.

Standard of Procedure Start sell GCP, you may use all materials (EP Testimonial , Project Showcasing, Sub-Product Showcasing, Flyers) that we have around the booth. If interested….

Fill in Podio Assessment form and Expectation Alignment Meeting slots. (mandatory if they willing to go for exchange)

After that, you may bring them photo contest to vote. ( highly encourage student to vote, but not mandatory).

For those need time to time or have doubts, ask them to attend info session and fill in the Google Spreadsheet.

Last but not least, give them parent letter & Info Session ticket.
