Specifications:The Amalfi Type A 1 deck composition is comprised of one (1) independent, all refractory brick baking chamber with a maximum temperature of 840°F, a leavening compartment with thermostat and lighting and an aluminized steel hood cover. The chamber is made up entirely of sandblasted refractory brick material that guarantees extremely efficient heat distribution throughout, which makes the Amalfi model an ideal deck oven for pizzerias. The temperature controls are electronic with independent controls for the ceiling and floor heating elements. The chamber door is bottom hinged with a wide tempered glass window for constant visual monitoring during the baking process. The leavening compartment is comprised of stainless steel, fitted with a 150°F manual thermostat, internal lighting and slide guides for baking sheets. The leavening compartment can be used for prepping and temporary heated storage. The leavening compartment doors have magnetic fasteners for secure closure. The door handles are made of high quality ceramic.

The chambers are made up entirely of sandblasted refractory brick material that guarantees extremely efficient heat distribution throughout, which makes the Amalfi model an ideal deck oven for pizzerias. The chamber doors are bottom hinged with a wide tempered glass window for constant visual monitoring during the baking process.
