FINGER BUFFETOne step up from canapés. Buffet presentation of food that you can eat with your fingers. Suitable for a casual atmosphere where you want people to mix.

FORK BUFFETGuests will be able to eat standing up but willneed a fork and plate.

SIT DOWN BUFFET OR SETCasual or formal dinner with options of a self-serve buffet or plated and served service to table.Opt for the common three-course, more elegantfour-course or fine dining five course dinner. Youcan add as many courses as you wish but pleasebear in mind appetites and timing.

BARBECUESSumptuous seafood and steak barbecues designed to pleased most palates offer a high-end dining experience.

MENUSOur menus contain a selection of vegetarian options. We must be notified prior to the event if vegetarian or other dietary requirements are requested. We cater for vegan, celiac, gluten free, dairy free, lactose intolerance, low sodium, no MSG and our poultry is sources from a Halal certified supplier. To ensure your guests enjoy the event as a whole, we require notification of special diets in advance.
