AMAYA ARCHITECTS 284 RACEBROOK ROAD, ORANGE, CONNECTICUT - T 203.795.5656 ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 For: Degoursey Residence 11 Chetwood Street Milford, Connecticut Project Number 1198 26 th of November 2014 The Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amaya Architects and it’s Consultants entitled Raising of an Existing Residential Structureand known as the Degoursey Residence located at 11 Chetwood Street, Milford, Connecticut” Project Number 1198, Drawings and Specifications, are hereby amended in the following particulars: Item # Section/Dwg Description 1 Attached is a list of the Contractors present at the walk-thru on the 19 th of November 2014 for your reference. 2 Clarification As part of the work, remove all Asbestos Containing Materials outlined in Part 7.0 of the Hazardous Building Materials Survey included in the Specification. 3 Clarification - As part of the work, remove all Lead Based Paint outlined in Part 7.0 of the Hazardous Building Materials Survey from the following surfaces House Door Frame (Side entrance door into Kitchen) and Ceiling in Tool Room (Rear Storage Bunker). 4 Delete the following Drawing from the Set Site Plan Drawing 1 of 1, dated the 4 th of August 2014. 5 Drawing V-1 Add the following Drawing to the Set Existing Site Plan Drawing V-1, dated the 31 st of October 2014. Drawing attached for reference. 6 Drawing 1 Add the following Drawing to the Set Site Plan Drawing 1, dated the 4 th of June 2014. Drawing attached for reference.

The Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amaya Architects and it’s Consultants entitled “Raising of an Existing Residential Structure” and known as the “Degoursey Residence located at 11 Chetwood Street, Milford, Connecticut” Project Number 1198, Drawings and Specifications, are hereby amended in the following particulars:

Clarification – As part of the work, remove all Asbestos
