Synonyms: careful, choosy, exacting, fussy, meticulous, particular.

Example: Before the State of the Union, President Obama chose his words with fastidious care and revised his speech over a dozen times.

GARRULOUSDefinition: Excessively talkative, especially about trivial matters.

Synonyms: chatty, glib, loquacious, talkative, wordy.
