Certified QM processes

HAKAMA develops, constructs and implements innovative housings, assemblies and pre-finished individual components made from sheet metal to meet the highest standards of functionality and design. We are certified to produce medical devices in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.

Our processes are based on close cooperation during engineering, as well as short response and delivery times. Production ranges from rapid prototype construction up to small and large series, thereby providing our customers with the entire range of project services from a single source – from design model to manufac-turing. The base materials we use are sheet steel,stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.All manufactured at our site in Switzerland.

Typical HAKAMA: This diagnostic station for prostate cancer detection in accordance with the HistoScanning method is not only convenient, but also extremely portable. With established expertise in medical technology and sheet metal engineering, our team has supplemented the HistoScanning de-vice with complex, modular components: the sheet metal specialists have integrated a highly functional computer housing with efficient heat management into a standard medical cart.
