Represent and educate
Gundry MD ambassadors are on the front lines of the brand. This means your posts, conversations, and
stories bring important value to our community. Our ambassadors describe themselves as “mentors” and
“conversation starters.”
Day-to-day, this includes sharing the Gundry MD mission to “help improve human health, happiness and
longevity through diet and nutrition,” across your networks via social media channels, blogs, emails, and
in-person.

What is the Ambassador Discount Link?
It’s a unique link provided to every ambassador. As an ambassador, you’ll share this link and encourage your
network to buy directly through the link for savings of up to 50% off standard Gundry MD pricing.

SETTING UP MY PAYMENT INFORMATION

Setting up your payment information is the first step to being a successful Gundry MD Ambassador. This is how
you can make sure you get paid on time each month!
Here’s what you need:
Form W-9 is a taxpayer identification form that shares information about an individual with a business in order
to allow them to be paid out by that business. This form is required. Without submitting an accurate W-9, Gundry
MD will not be able to pay out your commissions.
ACH payments are electronic payments from a business that deposit directly into your bank account. This is
the most popular option for our ambassadors who don’t want to wait 5-7 business days to receive a check in
the mail. ACH payments are only available to ambassadors who make over $50 in monthly commissions. If you
make under $50 in a given month, you will automatically receive your commissions via check.

When do I receive payments?
Commissions are paid out by the 30th of the month following when they were earned.
For example, all commissions earned between August 1-31st will be paid out by September 30th.

Where will my payment come from?
Your checks and ACH payments (direct deposits) will come directly from Gundry MD’s legal business
entity — Agoura Health Products, LLC.
Can I track my commission payments in real time?
Yes! Your ambassador portal will show you when you’ve made a sale and how much commission you’re making
from that sale.
Ambassadors are responsible for paying their own taxes since they are independent contracts and not
employees of Gundry MD.

GUNDRY MD AMBASSADOR LEGAL GUIDELINES
Use these guidelines to help you understand how to best share about Gundry MD with your network and
answer their questions.
Reselling Policy
The purchase of any Gundry MD product with the intent to resell the product directly or through a 3rd party
marketplace is strictly prohibited. Ambassadors must always direct their clients to purchase through their
designated Ambassador Discount link.
Attempts at reselling results in being banned from the ambassador program and from purchasing any Gundry
MD products in the future.
Medical Claims
As an Ambassador, you represent the Gundry MD brand. This means it’s important for you to be aware of and
follow the legal guidelines in place for Gundry MD regarding medical claims.
A medical claim is when a claim or statement is made about medical facts without knowing all of the medical
information involved or stating that any of our products can help with a particular disease or symptom.
Everyone’s body is different and we cannot provide any individual with medical advice, so it is important to share
your health results without any kind of medical claims.
Common medical claims we see include crediting Gundry MD supplements to their own healing of disease or
with extreme weight loss.

For example:
Allowed: After taking Gundry MD products for 2 months during this rough season of my life, I have noticed much
more energy.
Not Allowed: I have struggled with diabetes , but since I have started Gundry MD Supplements I no longer
need my insulin!
Finally, since every body is different, all customers will experience different results when they try Gundry MD
products. Because of this, please always include the phrase “*Individual results may vary.” after you list or
describe a Gundry MD product’s benefits.
Copyright and Trademark Usage Guidelines
Do always identify yourself as a Gundry MD Ambassador.
Do Not pretend to be the brand Gundry MD or Dr. Gundry himself.
Do sell the products to your network through your Ambassador Discount Link.
Do Not attempt to buy (or have a friend or family member buy) large volumes of products and then sell them
yourself. (This is called reselling and is against our terms and conditions)
Do use the Gundry MD marketing materials provided to you.
Do not use this material exclusively. Share your own content as well - just be careful not to include any
medical claims!
Do share about your experiences from the products which could include experiences such as energy, digestion,
focus, cravings, sleep, …
Do Not make medical claims when sharing about your experiences which could include the topics of disease,
illnesses, extreme weight loss, inflammation or healing.

SALES STRATEGIES
Social Media
Account: Utilize any social media platform of your choice to promote the Gundry MD brand and yourself as an
ambassador. You can use a current account you already have or make a new one. Be sure to share that you are
a Gundry MD Ambassador in the “About” section of your social media profile.
Posts: Here a few things to include when you post about Gundry MD Products:
Share your own story about Gundry MD products.
Post pictures and videos of you and your favorite Gundry MD products!
Post during “high traffic” internet hours, when users are most active. These times include 7:00-8:00 AM
when people first wake up, 12:00-1:00 PM when people are on a lunch break, and 5:00-10:00 PM when
people get home from work.
Include your Ambassador Discount Link in your captions. Instagram links are not “clickable” in captions,
so place your link in the website section of your bio and direct people there.

Respond to every comment on your social media post. This helps boost your engagement with followers.
Comment on other people’s posts within your network. Be encouraging and start conversations on posts
other than your own.
Both Instagram and Facebook have Direct Message options. This is a great way to have more in depth
conversations with people about the Gundry MD supplements.
