Ambassador’s Master Records Instructions Section 1 Member Information: Complete the Member Information section either during registration before you begin the club year or during the first night of club. Juniors are not considered an Ambassador member until they have completed the Membership Guide during the first three weeks of Club.

Section 2 Crown Progress: Check the box beside the award after you have signed the child’s book. Enter the date that you actually presented the award to the ambassador. This document serves as a permanent record of awards earned during one year of Club. Place all records in a notebook and store all Master Records in a secure location at church. This document is for leader use only.

Section 3 Series Badge Progress: Series Badges are larger, three inch badges that represent the completion of a certain required number of two inch merit badges. You must keep track of badge earned in the five different series. All badges on the master record have a key to explain what series they are in. The key is as follows: BS Bible Series 1,2,3,4 (4 required for each one) MS Mission Series (5 required) CSS Christian Service Series (5 required) CLS Christian Living Series (6 required) OS Outdoor Series (4 required) Once the Clubber has earned 4 Bible Series badges they will receive the Bible Series 1 badge, then when the Clubber earns 4 more Bible Series badges they will receive the Bible Series 2 badge, etc. The Bible Series are to be completed in order beginning with Bible Series 1. Additional badges needed to earn the Series badges are found in the Platinum section. All Series badges are listed on pages 9-11 in your Bronze, Silver, and Gold guide.

Section 4 Platinum Progress: (found on the back of your Master Record) Children will work on Platinum badges during all three years of Club. Platinum badges represent effort above and beyond the other three crowns. Track individual Ambassador progress toward the Platinum Crown. It only takes a total of 15 extra badges to earn the Platinum Crown. You may not count Series badges, Specialty badges, or participation badges as part of the 15 required badges for Platinum. You may only count one Daily Devotions Badge and one Sunday School Faithfulness Badge toward the 15 badges required for the Platinum Crown.

Section 5 Scripture Memory Progress (Separate sheet printed off for each crown) Use this page to track an Ambassador’s progress in Scripture Memory. Fill in the box beside the memory verse or passage and enter the date they completely memorized it. There are two boxes to fill in for Scripture memory: one for Rehears and one for Quote. Only enter the date after the junior has successfully said the verse two times. Juniors who choose to do the Sword Challenge are only required to quote their passage one time. However, they must also Rehearse and Quote the individual memory verse as well.
