Considering the large no. of Habitation to be

covered in a time bound manner. The above

work has been bifurcated in to 3 packages,

summarized as below (Detailed as Annexure -

VIII).

Considered as per data available on the website of

Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation

(www.indiawater.gov.in).

If, during survey any additional habitation has been

found apart from the nos. given at the time of

award/nos. of habitation on the website of Ministry of

Drinking Water & Sanitation (www.indiawater.gov.in)

then the agency shall submit following details for these

additional habitations also as applicable to already given

nos. of habitations i.e. certificate duly signed and

stamped indicating name and details such as GPS co-

ordinates of such habitation from Gram Pradhan, also

copy of BPL card/ identity card issued by Govt. of India/

State Government to the persons residing in such

habitations indicating name of person, name of tola,

panchayat etc. shall be submitted along with

photograph/ details of Government Health Centre,

Government School mentioning tola, gram panchayat

shall be submitted. Acceptance of such additional

habitation will be at the sole discretion of RECPDCL.

Considering the large no. of Habitation to be covered in a

time bound manner. The above work has been bifurcated

in to 7 packages, summarized as below (Amended as table

B) (Detailed as per Amended Annexure - VII).

The financial bids of technically qualified bidder will

be opened sequence wise i.e. Package 1 first, then

Package 2 and so on, subject to meeting Eligibility

criteria mentioned. If a bidder found successful

for first two package, then the bid submitted by

the bidder for remaining packages shall not be

opened. The rest package(s), left shall be

awarded in the same manner to the successful

qualifying bidder from remaining bids.

The Bidder is required to submit the Time

Schedule/

Plan of implementation of the assignment as a

sample case for one district with details of

manpower & equipment’s deployment as per

Annexure-VI. The Time Schedule/Plan should be

prepared in such a way that work may start

within 01 days from the date of issue of work

order and inspection of network as per scope of

work/requirement of RECPDCL in the allotted

districts including submission of reports shall be

submitted within 30 days. Agency may propose

their milestone targets to complete the work

before schedule.

The Bidder is required to submit the Time Schedule/Plan of

implementation of the assignment as a sample case for

one district with details of manpower & equipment’s

deployment as per Annexure-VI. The Time Schedule/Plan

should be prepared in such a way that work may start

within 04 days (Mobilization period) from the date of

issue of work order and inspection of network as per scope

of work/requirement of RECPDCL in the allotted districts

including submission of reports shall be submitted within

45 days including mobilization period. Agency may

propose their milestone targets to complete the work

before schedule.

7 Section-V, General

3. Bidder’s average annual turnover of Rs. 1.3 Crores

for last four financial years (FY 2016-17, 2015- 16,

2014-15, 2013-14

Attach documentary evidence (Audited balance sheet/

certificate for chartered accountant) for confirmation

regarding turnover with summary as cover page on company’s

letterhead. The turnover refers to a company and not the

composite turnover of its subsidiaries / sister concerns etc. In

case audited balance sheet of FY 2016-17 is not available then

balance sheet of FY 2012-13 shall be submitted.

4 The bidder should not be black listed by any Undertaking regarding this should be provided by the bidder as

Remarks: Rates are to be quoted strictly on per Habitation basis (in 5).

Note:

1. The discount should be quoted up to two decimal place only.

2. In case of discrepancy between value indicated by the Bidder “In Figure” and “In words” at S.No. 3 above,

the value indicated at “In figures” shall prevail.

3. Bidders have to quote as per financial bid format as above including all taxes & duties and GST. Financial

bids will be evaluated based on total price quoted. At the time of release of payment to the bidder, TDS /Labour

cess will be deducted as the case may be.

4. If it is found that the tax quoted is higher than the applicable tax, in that case applicable taxes will only be

paid by RECPDCL and if the tax quoted is lower than the applicable tax, in that case only the quoted taxes will

be paid by the RECPDCL.

5. Rate quoted by the bidder shall remain firm & fixed and shall be binding on the Successful Bidder till

completion of work. Any variation in rates, prices or terms during validity of the offer shall lead to forfeiture of

the EMD/PBG of said bidder.

6. The offer must be kept valid for a period of 180 days from the last date of bid submission. No escalation

clause would be accepted. The validity can be further extended with mutual consent.

7. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidders to get the assessment of Habitation and various other

parameters involved & its consideration before quoting the rates.
