• Aronia has an earthy, sweet tart taste similar to a cranberry
• Intense color pigments produce a elegant, deep red to purple color
• Fruit texture similar to a blueberry with a thick skin and pulpy interior
• Berry has a medium to high level of astringency causing a drying sensation in the mouth
• Blends nicely with other fruit ingredients, protein or cereal based products
