This proposal contemplates the creation of a unique col-lege prep campus in Maxwell, Texas. The 21st century brought huge change to the Higher Education world, trans-forming the environment in which Higher Education insti-tutes operate. This plan was inspired to create a program between Benedictine University and NHI. Enabling both Benedictine and NHI to develop and deploy a creative learning pedagogy that not only provides human skills but transforms the self-definition of the learner. Designed by EXP the new campus would have been built on approxi-mately 43,560 gross sq. ft. Completion Date: November 2013 Budget: $12,400,000

Amicus provided strategic real estate advisory services and conceptual planning. This followed two major aspects of strategic campus development: 1) assessing key campus facility needs and opportunities
to enhance the campus environment, and 2) identifying strategies and potential revenue enhance-

Amicus provided advisory services to the Unitarian Univer-salist Congregation in Oak Park, IL in the restoration pro-ject of the Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1909 masterpiece , Unity Temple. This process included the creation of a Strategic Development Summary that encompassed Site Investiga-tions and Recommendations as well as Steering Com-mittee Updates. Amicus led initiatives were tailored to help this historic building remain a prominent civic corner stone to the Oak Park community by increasing the resto-ration committee’s efforts in its preservation. One of the many strengths of the City of Albany is the number of fine institutions of higher education. The col-leges and university in the City are major centers of activi-ty and stability in Albany's neighborhoods. In March of 2004 URS Corporation, and Amicus were hired to do a plan and market analysis for the study area. The targeted insti-tutions are those located in the central portion of the City of Albany including: SUNY - downtown campus, the Col-lege of St. Rose, the Albany College of Pharmacy, Albany College of Law, Albany Medical College, Albany Medical Center, and the Sage Colleges. When DePaul University acquired Barat College, in order to expand and consolidate its Lake Forest Campus. DePaul undertook a comprehensive renovation of the historic Old Main Building and further plans to add student residenc-es, a student union, recreation center, parking facilities and a performing arts center. The new campus was de-signed by Antunovich Associates and renovations were to be done by JC Anderson. The new campus would have fit onto 435,000 gross sq. ft. This proposal contemplates the creation of the Louis Sulli-van Student Union in close to many downtown institutions including Robert Morris, Argosy, SAIC, and Kendall College. The target audience is the young professional between the ages of 18 and 35 enrolled in local undergraduate, gradu-ate, and continuing education programs. Amicus worked to create concept modeling, market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies.
