Among The Hidden is by a young boy named Luke and he is a “Shadow Child” It also means that he is the third son in a society that allows only two children per family. Now there have become severe penalties for breaking the population law that you will have to serve.

Now that Luke has learned to hide , When a new house comes in there development and replaces the woods next to his family’s farm house , he will no longer be able to go outside again. He’ll have too spend his days in his attic room all alone and will have to stay out of the windows.

.....Until he see’s a girls face in the window of the new house , he knows two children that already lives there. May be he’ll meet the new one that he saw peeking out the window while he’s thinking. Why is she peeking do she have to hide to ? Where did she come from while I was meeting the others.?

Meeting Jen opens a new world to Luke , Jen is always on the computer on her favorite website that I think she connected to Via The Internet to other shadow children around the world . She’s also planning a rally to enable third shadow’s like her and others the same. So there’s a possibility that they'll be able to take there place in society.

Luke is excited by the hope that Jen holds, but I don’t think a twelve year old can successfully challenge a totalitarian regime, in my thinking.Soon Luke and Jen will be able to meet in

person and they wont have to hide from each other if they are the same .
