Details of Duties
1- Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.
2- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the projects 3- Coordinate and communicate projects group as needed 4- Coordinate with regional and site management on status, significant trends and

mega projects in the Kingdom which is owned by ARAMCO. During the above

1- SADARA PROJECT PORT FACILITIES The Main tasks are managing the supply, engineering work and fabrication of 4,000 tons of structural Steel pertaining to SADARA PROJECTS from the date of awarding the contract by the main contractor FLOUR till the final Delivery to site.
2- SADARA PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS PORT FACILITIES
The Main tasks are managing the supply, engineering work and fabrication of 100 tons of structural Steel pertaining to SADARA PROJECTS from the date of awarding the contract by the main contractor FLOUR till the final Delivery to site
3- SADARA PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS PROPYLENE OXIDE PLANT The Main tasks are managing the supply, engineering work and fabrication of 3,000 tons of structural Steel pertaining to SADARA PROJECTS from the date of awarding the contract by the main contractor TEKFEN till the final Delivery to site
13- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
14- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements assigning personnel ,to phases and elements reviewing bids from contractors.
15- Determines project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and performance, standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
16- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
17- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress:” engineering status, raw material purchasing status, fabrication progress, delivery progress, erection at site if it’s required and resolving all problems facing.
18- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes recommending actions.
19- Controls project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts.
20- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
