Go to https://Countrywide.amrislive.com/
This will take you through to the AMRIS system
Type in your log in and password
You will be asked to change your
password to one of your choice;
it must be at least 7 characters long
and include characters and numbers
Once you have changed your
password you will need to log in
again with the new password
You will now be in the AMRIS system
Once you have reset your password this is the password you will use each time you log in to the system

From the left hand menu or main screen choose add a vacancy
From the list of templates choose the template you want to use
Complete all the areas marked in bold (blue) i.e. Location / Replacement / Number of Hires
Salary details for Reed website and press Submit
Check details and tick questions you want to add to Job (if available)press Submit
Once submitted you need to send to websites - button on rightChoose sector and area on each website you want the vacancy sent to i.e. Countrywide Intranet / Countrywide website / ReedConfirmation received job will now show as distributed

To review applications click on “Action candidates”
Choose the vacancy you want to look at
Status of “New” will show for applicants to be reviewed
Click on Preview this will open a new window where you can
assess the candidates CV and application form
From the drop down box at the top of the page you can either reject, shortlist or if candidate has withdrawn mark as withdrawn before moving onto the next candidate using the NEXT button

Once you have viewed all candidates press “stop sifting”If you have rejected any candidates it will ask for reasons why from a drop down list and you can also add notes if you choose to
It will also ask if you want to Talent Pool the candidateYou may want to do this is if the candidate has experience that could be used elsewhere in the company. Tick the Talent Pool box
A drop down box will appear Choose business sector you wish to add them to in the Talent Pool and confirm action

Telephone interviews will be arranged verbally but once arranged you need to go into “Action candidates”Choose the vacancy and from the drop down next to the candidate choose telephone interview confirmedThen press submit
You will be presented with a screen to enter the date and time of the telephone interviewThere is also location and you will need to enter if it is on a landline or mobile number and then confirm action
This will send an email confirmation to the candidate and recruiting Manager .
The Managers email will also includean Outlook update to go in his diary

1st interviews will be arranged verbally but once arranged you need to go into “Action candidates”Choose the vacancy and from the drop down next to the candidate choose 1st interview confirmedThen press submit
You will be presented with a screen to enter the date, time and location of the interviewThere is also a notes box to add notes to the candidate you may want them to know i.e. “parking at rear of branch” or “please remember to bring your documentation with you” and will appear on their email confirmation
Click on confirm actionThe candidate will now show as 1st
interview booked. This action will be repeated for 2nd or 3rd interviews if required.Email confirmations are sent to the candidate and recruiting Manager (with Outlook reminder for Manager)

Action Candidates tab from menu, choose the vacancy you wish to process, then click on preview if you have more than one candidate to process or Click on drop down next to the candidate name, choose reject or verbal offer , then submit
Example below shows one candidate rejected one offered.
You will need to give reasons why for reject and you will also be asked if you wish to add them to the Talent Pool . If you choose to add it will ask you to put the candidate into a business sector.
You also need to add details of the offer and proposed start date for the candidate offered.
Please be aware when making notes that candidates can request information that we hold on them

Candidates rejected will be hidden from view on Action Candidates but still appear on the vacancy

After each interview you can choose to reject, take to further interview or hire candidates this is all done via Action Candidates .
Feedback is required after each interview or decision.
Once offered you need to update the system when the candidate accepts
Once the candidate has started you can set them to Hired
Once the vacancy is set to Hired it will show on the system as filled
You can then close the vacancy

When a vacancy has been filled you can
delete it by going to vacancy progress
Click on the vacancy
On the right hand screen menu choose
the removed button
You will be presented with a screen asking why the vacancy is to be removedEnter reason and click button at bottom of screenVacancy status is now showing as removed and when you go back to vacancy progress it will have been removed from the list

To view candidates CV’s and Application forms go into “Action Candidates” from the main menu
Choose the vacancy you wish to view candidates on and click on Preview
This will open a new window which will allow you to preview all the candidates and their application forms and CV’s It will also allow you to print them from here
At the top left hand side of the page click on “Printer Friendly” this will load up the document click on print at the top left hand side of the page and it will print the CV and application form

Go to Vacancy Progress find the vacancy you want to run the assessment for.
On right hand side menu choose Manage assessments.

If there are no assessments set up you will get a message saying
“No assessments found”
You will need to set up the assessment by clicking on the “Add new assessment” button on the right hand side of the screen

This will take you through to the screen belowAdd the following information:•Date of Assessment day•Time•Name the Assessment •Assessment location•Capacity (i.e. how many can book on)
Save the information
You will then get a confirmation screen
You can now go back into the vacancy and invite the candidates to the assessment day by choosing “candidate booking assessment” from the drop down menu. Candidates are emailed link to book on assessment
Setting up an AssessmentBack

Sometimes we have serial applicants that you may wish to block.In Vacancy progress find the vacancy the candidate has applied toClick on the Action button next to the candidate name this will take you through to the candidate details
On the right hand side menu you will see Block candidate button
Click on this
You will the receive the screen below confirming the candidate has been blocked and a date
The candidate is now blocked for a period of 3 monthsIf they were to try and apply for another role on the website they will receive a message “Sorry you are unable to apply for this position currently”

You can access candidates that have been saved into the Talent Pool by either the left hand menu of the large button
“Search Talent Pool”
This will take you through to the screen below
You can search by sector, postcode or “boolean” search
Examples of “boolean” searches are also on this screen to help you if you wish to search by these

If the problem is that the right vacancy template is not available please email [email protected] the template you wish to be added and informing which area of the business it belongs to and what screening questions you may wish to be attached to this template
