• Medical school performance predicts future success!• Perform your best on the Steps and rotations• Dean’s letter defines where you rank in your medical school class even if your
school doesn’t rank.
• Talk to the USAF Consultant for your specialty of interest about the career field, practice opportunities, research, etc.
• Show the programs your best work ethic on clerkship rotations• Interview by phone at all the programs you do not rotate at• Consider a second choice specialty
