AMW announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with IndusInd Bank for
financing retail sales of its range of medium and heavy haulage trucks and tippers.
AMW’s expects that this agreement with IndusInd Bank will help its sales offices and
dealerships to reach out to more truck operators across the country and offer them a range
of financing options.
IndusInd Bank is one of India’s leading private sector banks with over 500 branches across
the country. The bank has a strong presence in the North, South and Eastern regions of
India and has more than 10% market share in the commercial vehicle/commercial equipment
lending sector.

Exciting Excon for AMW
The Company launched its latest high performance 3118 TM at EXCON signaling its superiority in performance,
ruggedness and durability. The 3118 TM guarantees the lowest transportation costs resulting in high earnings for
the operator. Turnaround times are excellent as the Transit Mixer is capable of speeds up to 78 km per hour and is
suited for long distances. The vehicle can be fitted with drums up to 10 cu. meters capacity.
The 8x4 driveline, an efficient 180 HP Cummins engine, a heavy duty Meritor axle and the renowned 9 speed
Eaton gearbox make the 3118 TM a notch above others in this class. Combine this with our legendary heavy duty
frame, bogie suspension and a world class cabin, the 3118 TM is a winner all the way.

The AMW stand had several important operators including R S Enterprises, Chennai,
who operates 100 AMW tippers and reposed his faith in AMW with 20 tipper orders
at the EXCON. Vishwas Construction, Bangalore, who already own 50 AMW
tippers, booked 10 3118 TMs at the EXCON.

opening of its new state of the art 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) dealership, S. S. Automobiles in Panvel.
The modern, fully equipped facility was inaugurated by Mr. Anirudh Bhuwalka, Managing Director & CEO,
AMW. Mr. A. Ramasubramanian, President HCV, Mr. R.N. Rao, Director Marketing, AMW and Mr. Hardeep
Singh Managing Director, S. S. Automobiles were also present on the occasion.

This new offering is the result of extensive surveys
carried out in major road construction and
transportation sites across several locations in Gujarat
and surrounding regions and customer feedback for
the product has been extremely encouraging.

AMW launched its latest version of high performance tippers for onroad applications
like road construction, haulage of coal, construction materials and minerals over
longer distances. The 2518 is suited for both on and off road applications and has a
payload capacity that is among the best in its class.
The 2518 tipper has been optimized for a variety of applications considering the
needs of operators looking for a rugged, durable, fuel efficient and costeffective
transportation solution. The 2518 tipper has the hallmark of AMW performance that
includes a sturdy drive line, standard suspension, efficient gear box, strong chassis,
and excellent body. The excellent gradeability under tough road conditions easy
drive with full load ensures more trips and maximum vehicle utilization.
This addition to the AMW tipper range fulfils the long standing need for a vehicle that
has all the features of a premium vehicle that gives operators versatility, lower
operating costs and better return on investment.
The all steel “day” Cabin is an added advantage that is designed for safety and
comfort at affordable costs. The cabin has been designed in a manner that enables
operators to build locally with the advice and assistance of AMW's after market team.

The newly launched 3118 TM comes with a max capacity of 10 cu. mtrs on a 8X4 drive
line configuration and is powered by the most reliable and fuel efficient 180 hp engine.
3118 TM is fitted with the world renowned 9 speed gear box with crawler gear for best in
class gradability of 28% and heavy duty axles. It has a special CED coating to avoid
corrosion from harsh operating environments and the chassis is made of heavy duty
frame with 7+7 mm double flitch.
AMW has entered into a strategic tieup with all leading manufacturers of transit mixer
drums. The transit mixer displayed had a separate slave engine which acts as a failsafe in
case of main engine failure while transporting concrete to prevent expensive drum
repairs. It also had the highest load capacity of 10 Cum of concrete.

The North East the latest region to witness the infrastructure boom better roads, more
construction, power plants and the increased demand for high performance trucks.
Here’s a success story of a major transport contractor in Guwahati, Mr. Ankit
Jarial. His company is a major transporter for Star Cements, handling both
inbound and outbound logistics, Dalmia Cements and Amrit Cements.
His fleet of 132 vehicles transports 10,000 MT of fly ash from Guwahati
(Railway dump yard to Lumshillong ) and 10,000 MT of cement back
to Guwahati every month.
