Anointing = Conflict

1) The individual « young man » anointing (1 Samuel 16 et 17)

« So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the LORD came upon David in power. Samuel then went to Ramah. »

1Samuel 16:13

Learn to overcome your giants and walk with the Lord.

“So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him.”

2) The « one tribe » ( a community, a household) anointing

“ Then the men of Judah came to Hebron and there they anointed David king over the house of Judah.”

2 Samuel 2:4

Learn to overcome the spirit of division

3) The nations’ (many tribes) anointing

«  When all the elders of Israel had come to King David at Hebron, the king made a compact with them at Hebron before the LORD, and they anointed David king over Israel. »

2 Samuel 5:3

Establish CHRIST as King of ALL the earth !

«All these were fighting men who volunteered to serve in the ranks. They came to Hebron fully determined to make David king over all Israel.»

Breakout and a sound of revival
