Section 1 - Nominations for all electiveoffices shall be prepared in duplicate andmust be signed by a minimum of four (4)members in good standing who are notnominees. One copy of such nominationsshall be submitted to the Secretary and asecond to the Editor of the Official Organ.In addition, each copy of nominations mustbe accompanied by a signed letternominees, excepting incumbent officers,stating that if elected they will accept theoffice for which they are being nominated.
