    more passengers and heavier axle loads than ever before(

    &o avoid any accidents in these cases $e have come up$ith a project to prevent train collisions(

    &he objective of our project is to avoid the collision of

    t$o trains coming in the opposite direction in the same

    trac!(

    *or this' $e use a prototype model $here ultrasonic

    sensor detects and stops both the trains and prevents the

    accident(

    the control centers or stations' hence it has been later

    decommissioned(

    &herefore' $e use this ultrasonic sensor to detect and prevent

    collision(

    &he proposed &rain Anti,%ollision System consists of a self,

    acting Arduino Atmega70:P micro,controller and ultrasonic

    sensor based train anti,collision detection system $hich $or!s

    &he ultrasonic sensor is fixed $ith microcontroller(

    +t also displays the distance of the train in the L%D(

    u;;er produces beep sound continuously once the train

    coming in the opposite direction is detected(
