ARCHITECTURE

Infotonic networks based ona single, converged and unified

layer. Wireless, wired, LAN,WAN, MAN protocols replaced by Infoton transfer mechanisms

The first law of information:• It is being proposed that the particle nature of information is the dual of the wave nature of time.

When an event occurs in time (space), information is generated before, at the time of, and after the event. There is an uncertainty principle which comes into play at the time of occurrence of the event. Either the time of occurrence or symmetrical information about the event can be known. Both quantities can not be known at the same time.

• Information is further proposed to have two qualities: Symmetrical or complete information; Asymmetric or incomplete information.

• Information is proposed to have two states: either it is retained or released in the case of an event. • At the time of occurrence of an event, symmetrical information is generated, but transmission and

reception techniques render it asymmetric. Thus any event generates “Infotons”, with resultant increase in entropy in the universe. This theorem defines the new communications paradigm.

• All particles that couple with the Higgs field will acquire a certain amount of mass----Higgs boson is predicted to be a clustering in the Higgs field analogous to Phonons (bosons) which are waves of clustering in crystal lattice, behaving as particles. Phonons can transfer shock waves through a solid (A to Z end)

• The A-end Infoton Portal clusters and “de-clusters”, with localized Higgs mechanism, thus creating an Information transfer mechanism, which is coupled with the Z-end Infoton Portal. The clustering and de-clustering can be performed at intermediate Infotonic switching matrices as well

• Higgs mechanism is proposed to be the information transfer mechanism and Higgs particles are the same as the Infoton……analogous to transmission in a solid through phonons, transmission in time-space is via the Infoton

• Quantification and qualification of information as elementary particles• Analyzing Voice/Video/Data traffic in terms of the elementary information particles or

“Infotons”• The new network architecture is based on transaction based systems at the quantum level,

where information transfer is accurately quantified and qualified based on the content and attributes of information

• End-devices, Infotonic windows working in duo with the infotonic content filters define the “edge” based Infotonic network architecture

• New network intelligence and content management is not only distributed, but also controlled and implemented at the end devices

• A fully unified, converged information network architecture is thus to be defined• Architecture of a centralized content controller has to be defined as well as the physical

realization needs to be explored further• This network architecture promises to eliminate the possibility of cyber-crime, since the

end devices would be licensed with the policies, regionally encoded in the chip sets• Chat content policies, conversation policies, would all have varying level of quality and

quantity parameterization, ensuring the freedom of speech is not curtailed in any sense

The information based matrix switch, utilizing the Infoton generation/transmission/detection mechanism (the switch would be housed on sub –atomic quantum chip (quantum processor) within the Info-Phone, where elementary particle generation and pairing (in probability windows of time)

would activate the particular parts of the matrix. Dynamically, re-programmable, embedded content controller edge device would change the selectivity of the Information windows, signaling at a quantum level with the centralized content control server
